Behind It All

She never told her love,
But let concealment, like a worm i'th' bud,
Feed on her damask cheek. She pined in thought,
And with a green and yellow melancholy
She sat like Patience on a monument,
Smiling at grief. Was not this love indeed?
(Shakespeare, Twelfth Night, 2.4.115-120)

It all ended very well. Everyone I suppose, had their time to enjoy the live performances of local bands while drooling over them (I'm referring to the ladies who are reading this).

Oh wow, I think a new band replaced my Hale. HAHA theyre called the Bloomfields! And they're remarkable! Great performance, I loooooved them and will still be loving them. Boy, I dig their drummer, daym you shouldve seen him. Oh my. Drool. HAHA I shouldve gotten the chance to converse with him if only Jayjay didnt get into my way! Jay jay by the way, is the band's guitarist/vocalist. Errr, so yea he took away my one and only chance! Ahh. So there, I got to converse with Jay jay and not with Rocky. Boooo! HAHA but well, it's good anyway.

How did this conversation with Jay jay come about? Well, we (Anama, Pat, Wen and I) were sitting by the pav, on a bench when this certain guy from inside their van peeked out the window and smiled at us. We smiled back of course, a sign of being polite. Then we wondered, who the heck are these guys dressed in a uniform white long sleeves? We wanted to ask this guy (Jayjay, vox) who they were but could not get the chance to do so. There were about 4 or 5 attempts before I took the courage to ask who they was when the guy on the driver's seat (Rocky, drummer) turned to look my way. When I was about to approach and ask him, all of a suuden Jayjay came out of nowhere and began to introduce himself to us, taking away my chance to Rocky. (as mentioned earlier) So there, that happened. And this prompted my appreciation for their band. Oooh I looove em. Fun, happy music it is!

    Then again...
